There are many reasons for hair loss; it might be due to stress or some time if someone suffering from any health problem, Anemia, thyroid disease and imbalanced levels of hormones and vitamins can cause hair loss, so it is important that you find out what is causing your hair loss. In some cases hair loss is found to be genetic. But you can fight it by taking good hair care, with using products and by having good health diet. Healthy diet plays an important role to prevent hair loss. Dermatologists say that it is normal that a person could loss 90 to 100 hairs per day. It is normal thing. healthy hairs. Deficiency of zinc causes hair loss. These foods are full of zinc. Sesame Seeds and Tahini (Sesame Butter), Dried water melon seeds, Dark chocolate, Peanuts, Beans. Vitamins namely A, B, E, copper, iron, and iodine are also necessary for strong hairs. Seafood is a great source of B12, zinc, iron, and other vitamins essential to hair health. Seafood is also rich in iron, zinc, vitamin D, selenium, and Omega-3 fatty acids. Tuna, crab, and lobster have the highest amount of selenium compared to other seafood. Oysters are particularly high in zinc.
PROTIEN is another important nutrient for hairs and it prevent from hair problems. Beans, eggs are a fantastic source of protein. They also contain all the essential amino acids needed for humans as well as B12, biotin, calcium, and iron.
Pakistani hairs need more prevention because our environment is polluted & pollution is also cause for
hair loss. Also Pakistani hair loss starts in very early ages. To prevent above suggested nutrition’s are necessary. Must involve exercises in your daily routine.

- Don’t brush your hair immediately after taking shower. This will also cause for hair falling.
- Regular oiling can help reduce dryness and prevent impairment of our hair.
- Deficiency of Zinc, selenium and other race elements can also cause hair loss.
- Your hairstyle can also contribute to losing hair, so limit the tight ponytails, braids, and buns, and let your hair down.
