The one thing that I and I am sure everyone of you hates about summer, is the excessive hair sweating that makes those beautiful tresses you adore, sticky and unbearable to such an extent that you wish you were bald. Although in Pakistan sweating in summers is really hard to avoid because of the scorching heat, yet we can minimize it to some extent with these simple tips.
First and foremost, get your hair done in a comfortable and easy-to-maintain style, don’t leave them open, as the sweating will make them look tangled and messy, tie your hair in a nice and stylish up do, bun, ponytail or braid to keep them clean and tidy.
Wash your hair daily with a mild herbal shampoo to avoid dirt and sweat settling on the scalp, which leads to further sweating, dandruff and hair breakage.
Drink loads and loads of water in summer to make your body cleanse itself from within. In this way less toxins, which are the main cause of odor and sweating, are produced.
Minimize your use of hair products such as gels, moose and other products to keep your hair naturally oil-free and clean and increase the use of body sprays and deodorants.
Get yourself a Chinese hand fan, so that when the weather is warm, or while going outside, you can make use of your little handy fan to stay away from excessive sweating.
