There are also some pre steps before applying base, especially for summers, some beauticians suggests that its good if you do ice-massage on your face, and then leave the face for few minutes then start make up, in this way your base lasts for hours and also this will help blustering your base. As in summers there is a great risk of blasting the foundation.
Similarly for winters, some beauticians suggests that apply some moisturizer then give your face some time to penetrate it and then start make up after leaving it for some time.
For base & foundation, make use of SPF-30 or above foundation & base especially before going out to avoid agitated penetration. Also you need to be very selective while buying your base and foundation kit. It must be according to your skin tone, texture and complexion. If you got dry skin then go for oily based foundation and if you got oily skin then prefer water base foundation, etc. also choose the base which really suits your complexion.
Normally there are some basic steps for applying makeup base, like first of all cleansing, because a good cleanser removes all the dirt from your face and give it a smooth look. Then moisturizing, it really refreshes the face. Then after some time apply base and balance it, at the end finish the process with powder or blusher.
But don’t forget that choosing a Base, foundation, blusher, or powder actually involves the art of doing proper make up.
